Gutter Clearance & Demossing
Unlike some local service providers we do NOT use Pressure Washers as they can damage the tiles. Instead we scrape all the moss away. If you allow moss growth on your roof the patches hold water that gets between your tiles which can make your tiles pop or rot.
However, some people say its dangerous to remove the moss and will harm your roof the answer to this is don’t stick a power jet washer over the roof. Get LWS roofing to scrape the moss off by hand yes, we will break a few tiles while on your roof witch we will always replace this ais part of the service.
We can even talk to you about treating your roof to slow moss growth down, plus clean and seal your gutters while we are there. Any other roofing problems we will report to you while we are cleaning the roof if you have any.
